The holiday season can bring joy, but it can also feel overwhelming, isolating, or stressful and that’s completely okay. You don’t have to face everything alone. Reaching out for support is a sign of courage and self-care, not weakness. Whether you’re navigating family challenges, mental health concerns, or simply need someone to talk to, support is always available.
